Oliver has steered the company from its early days as a job posting service through to the development of our current range of products and services. He ensures that the brand's ethos and mission is supported throughout all client transactions ensuring unrivalled industry expertise.


Finance Director

Steve joined Jobs Direct to manage all financial transactions and relationships as well as to fine-tune the commercial vision. He’s a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts and has spent his working life in industries as diverse as quarrying and biotechnology. Before joining, he held several challenging roles as Finance Director in high-growth businesses, mainly within the IT sector. He brings a wealth of experience that will be an important factor in the company’s ambitious growth plans for the future.


Sales Director

Jonathan devises and implements the sales strategy within Jobs Direct. With a telecommunications and FMCG sales background, Jonathan has been a key member of the team since 2008. Jonathan’s areas of expertise lie in developing and cultivating new areas for a potential client base and establishing online recruitment partnerships with blue chip organisations. To date he works with Nestlé, Mars, Whitbread, Brakes and many others.


Operations Manager

With an agency background and extensive knowledge of the recruitment advertising and marketing industry Claire joins us from MediaCom North to strengthen our team. As Operations Manager her role is critical in ensuring Jobs Direct’s digital recruitment offering and first class service lives up to the high standards we pride ourselves in. Claire has built strong relationships with our digital media partners’ that means Jobs Direct can consistently achieve highly competitive rates for our clients. A people person with excellent client relationship management skills Claire will be working closely with the management team to help drive initiatives that will contribute to the operational excellence of Jobs Direct and our service delivery.


Head of Marketing

Lorien has over twelve years experience in marketing, eight of which spent in the recruitment sector with a well known international business. Now responsible for the development and implementation of Jobs Direct’s marketing strategy, she brings a wealth of creativity that will be crucial to the future growth of the company.



With 35 years in the recruitment industry, Peter spent his early career with Hoggett Bowers. As group Managing Director he was influential in developing the company into a PLC (later acquired by Blue Arrow plc) and then into a group of seven recruitment service businesses. Peter subsequently formed Adderley Featherstone in 1991 which is now one of the UK’s leading high level executive recruitment consultancies. As Chairman of Jobs Direct, Peter adds his invaluable expertise to the team’s corporate strategy, leading the company forward with his significant experience.
